Fischhaus Loof in Husum

I thought it was great, the rolls and the fish were fresh and so wonderful to stroll around the inner harbor ....

The fish is very good, only when I want to look at the fish I don't like to see the employees press the fish into their faces (without gloves and mouthguards) and simply put the fish back for sale.

Fell in again. Bought crabs at Loof on Saturday and we noticed at home that some of them were still frozen. The crabs were sometimes very muddy and ended up completely in the garbage. They apologized after the phone call, but should have been pointed out beforehand. I will continue to make test purchases and, if necessary, take steps in the event of the next abnormalities.

Many thanks to Michael and Florian for the special service! The fish sandwiches tasted so good yesterday that we stopped by again in the evening. On our next visit to Husum we will definitely shop with you again.

Rustic fish house with brisk, good service and absolutely delicious fish. Had the coastal feast, herring and eel - all very tasty. No chi-chi, but honest, delicious dishes.

The smoked eel was the best I've eaten in years. You shouldn't be too strict about Corona, distance rules are not implemented. It's a shame, otherwise you could go there more often

This is the best fish shop I know. When we are in Husum, we especially take herring home with us as a souvenir. It's the best I've ever eaten. Otherwise, the selection of fish is huge and everything always looks delicious and fresh.

We ate fish outside, a lot of distance, very clean, nice atmosphere, fish so fresh and delicious, it couldn't be better. As a thank you to Münsterland, we took various kinds of smoked fish with us, a real delicacy! We recommend!

We ate Friesian doner on three consecutive days. From the first time through yesterday until today the quality and the taste have steadily decreased. Too bad. We like to try again to catch the taste of the first day again. If it doesn't work, it won't work with more stars.

Great place to eat. Don't really understand why people write it is overpriced because compared to the other restaurants in Husum it is pretty cheap. Food was very good. Service was friendly.

Rustic ambience with brisk service. The food just without a lot of frills. However, I would like the salad to be served in separate bowls. Then the fried potatoes stay crispy and the fish comes into its own.

Ate delicious fish, but you have to order and pay in the store. The food is brought to the table after it has been prepared. Any subsequent drinks must be ordered and paid for inside again.

The area around Husum is very beautiful. There are thatched houses, many animals in the dike area. The fish house has very tasty dishes, not just fish. Nice service and great view of the port facility.

There is nothing wrong with the food, but under the circumstances, the HYGIENE measures are not responsible: the staff does not wear masks, the trays are obviously not cleaned, the tables are always wiped with the same cloth, there are no signs that you can should wear a mask to his place, nothing at all. As a guest you cannot feel comfortable in the current situation.

Here you can either eat delicious fish dishes or buy fresh fish. Fish sandwiches are highly recommended.

Incredibly tasty and really worth the money. Whoever snows past here - no matter when - will find out that there is always a lot going on. Lots of staff at the checkouts, lots of hungry guests and probably also regular customers. Rightly! The crab roll was perfect! Not ice cold as if it had been chilled for hours, just really fresh: a little tartar sauce for the good taste, a slightly crispy yet fresh bread roll and plenty of crabs - perfect and absolutely worth its € 6! With 2,50/3 euros you can buy here very tasty Fischbrötchen (sandwiches with fish). During holiday season it can be quite crowded, but service is fast and efficient. Good quality and perfect location, near the sea

Home of "Fischbrötchen" and other fish delicatessen. Not cheap but affordable and very "yummy". You can sit outside or take your sandwich on the road and enjoy the old harbour of Husum with it's beautiful surrounding. Interesting architecture and shopping opportunities all around the area.

I suppose this evolved from selling fish to selling fish sandwiches to selling hot food. You pay inside and take your cutlery and drinks, they only serve the food out of the kitchen. The service is patient but not overly friendly, the fish soup everything they say - very tasty and "with plenty in it", Loofs Favourite is 3 types of fried fish supposedly with salad and bratkartoffel - the German version of fried potatoes. The salad was a mess of lettuce and the potatoes too greasy. The fish was very good. If you are looking for a no frills meal of fresh fish this is the place.
